ACL Sponsored Player Bags
Corn Dawgz Biography
Yetty and Harry were actually married at a Cornhole Tournament on February 29th, 2020 – so to say they are a perfect Pro Partnership on the boards is an understatement! They finished the 2019-20 Pro season ranked 36th in the nation. Harry first encountered Cornhole on a beach in Florida 12 years ago. He played recreationally for 5 years, before joining a competitive league in Pennsylvania. It was here Harry says he quickly learned he didn’t know a thing about throwing bags… thus the obsession began! Harry became motivated and went on to win the 2017 State Doubles title in Colorado, the 2018 Wild West Shootout (Doubles) in Vegas, and was the number 2 ranked ACL Player in the Mountain South Conference in 2019. In 1988 (before his cornhole days), Harry started his own company - Harcon Corporation - a bridge access company focused on bridge inspection projects, which he still owns. Now semi-retired, Harry devotes most of his time to “domestic duties, throwing bags, and recovering from the beatings Yetty gives him on the boards.” Yetty came to the US from Indonesia in 1998 as a high school exchange student. She earned a BS in Biotechnology and later a PhD in Experimental Pathology in 2009. Yetty lost her father to liver cancer in 2005, and her dream since has been to find the cure for cancer. Her passion in this field is specifically cancer genetics. She worked as a Sr Development Scientist for Beckman Coulter from 2010-2019, where she focused on developing reagents for medical instruments and testing the equipment. During this time, Harry moved in with Yetty and introduced her to the sport of cornhole. The couple played together in a lot of local tournaments beginning summer of 2018, and Yetty won the 2018 Colorado State Championship in Women’s Singles. Yetty’s biggest cornhole achievement is being part of the winning Women’s Doubles team at the 2021 ACL Cornhole Mania. Yetty is mother to 2 beautiful daughters, and aside from cornhole enjoys family movie/game nights, traveling, reading and puzzles. However, one puzzle Harry can’t figure out is how “Yetty is such a natural at cornhole, while I have to work my tail off at this game!”
